We look forward to welcoming customers and new acquaintances at what promises to be an exciting 3 days at Europe’s premier ingredient showcase for the food industry. With over 10,000 visitors primed to visit, we look forward to presenting some of our recent NPD endeavors.

Chief among our extensive work with plant proteins is our new Fava Bean Protein Isolate. This will be presented in a healthy indulgent concept called Fava Voom high protein chocolate orange ball. This showcases the exciting possibility of combining a “better for you” offering with an indulgent proposition, delivering a high-in-protein claim, a clean label declaration, and a little bit of chocolate fun along the way.

Also, we will be showcasing our range of protein concentrates: Fava Bean, Red Lentil, and Chickpea. Did you know that we have worked extensively with our protein concentrates in bakery, vegan cheese, yoghurts, and meat alternative applications but to name a few? All of the protein concentrates deliver benefits in these applications, showing excellent performance as egg replacers in bakery, emulsifiers in dairy alternatives, and delivering structure in texturized meat.
